Renascence Medical, Inc. once operated
in Bloomington, Indiana, under the leadership of the late Dan
Dyar. RMI had developed a unique IV administration
product, SelectFlow. SelectFlow was FDA cleared in October
of 2005 and was just coming to market at the time of Dan's
untimely death in January of 2006. EMR LLC is working with
colleagues to bring SelectFlow back to the market before the end
of 2011.

The week before ATACCC (see below) an
extremely productive meeting was held with key personnel from
COMBAT MEDICAL SYSTEMS in Fayetteville, NC.
Combat Medical Systems is now a distributor for
SSCOR
suction products and will be working closely with SSCOR on
product enhancements.

EMR LLC recently supplied the inital
order of Medic Aid Bags to the medics of the South Sudan National
Army, Republic of South Sudan. The SSNA military medics
provide care to their forces in this new nation but also provide
rural health care throughout their nation.

relationship with North Coast Outfitters, Ltd. (NCO). NCO is under the
leadership of their CEO, George "Tom" Beatty, and offers a
line of deployable hospital modules that can be used to fulfill
niche gaps in deployed forces or fully functional deployable
hospitals capable of providing 20 and more beds as well as
shelter. Modules include: Surgery & Critical Care;
Patient Movement/Treatment...Routine care; Digital X-Ray and

Antangent Medical Corporation, a new
company formed by Doc Clinchy and Harvey Novak earlier in 2011,
has just concluded over six months' negotiations with GVP
Elettronica, srl of Italy. As a result, Antangent Medical
Corporation, with EMR LLC as a branch office, is now the
exclusive importer/distributor of the
DM-EMG line of hypothermia warming mattress
for North and Latin America and Asia. We welcome inquiries
from any potential dealer working in these regions.

Mike Chesne, one of the EMR LLC "team"
has recently joined
Advon Healthcare as Managing Director of
Medical Operations. Advon is managed by a high-power team
with exemplary backgrounds. Advon will be providing family
medicine clinics OCONUS supported by an extremely robust 24/7
telemedicine support system. Mike and his partner Jim
Parsons have decided to suspend operations of their company
CAROMEDS.

Doc Clinchy has recently been elected
chairman of the board of the
Coalition For Tactical Medicine.
Other current directors include John Croushorn, Anne McKeague,
Corey Russ, and Nelson Tang. On February 6, 2012, three
new directors were elected and will begin their terms of office
on March 1, 2012. Three additional director nominees will
be considered at a special CTM board meeting to be held February
27, 2012. The three newly elected directors are Scott
Burk, Kevin Gerold, and Buddy Kozen.
