Royce Rumsey
When Doc Clinchy and Bob Clayton first conceived of a device that
could be used for surgical cricothyrotomy in combat casualty care,
the inital prototype and crude drawings were taken to Bio
Cybernetics International, a company for whom Doc was then
consulting. As the design "guru" for Bio Cybernetics, Royce took the
original work and rapidly converted the ideas to a functional
design. The result of that collaboration was the CRIC Airway System
that is now in the hands of a Canadian company, Pyng Medical. Royce
has an exemplary background in product design as evidenced by the
array of products and markets that may be found at Brand Design by
Royce Rumsey. No one in the experience of any of us on the EMR team
has the breadth and depth of great design capabilities as does
Royce. If you are in need of innovative, intuitive, and rugged
product design or product modification, Royce Rumsey will bring the
best in design and innovation to your needs.
Geoffrey Williams
Mr. Wiliams, our colleague from Scotland, is
the founder and CEO of 3Ci Global Solutions, UK Ltd. Prior to
his retirement from the Fire Services he was the principal officer
within the Central Scotland Fire and Rescue Services. Working
with similarly experienced associates from UK law enforcement and

disaster management. In addition, 3Ci and their US
colleagues offer to governments and business their "6R" system for
daily management for crisis and breaks the process down into six
steps: Readiness; Response; Re-energize; Recovery; Reexamine;
Remodel. This is a system that should become a standard for
anyone responsible for crisis management. Mr. Williams CV may
be found on our CONTACTS page and an introduction to the 6R System
may be found on our NEWS page.
