Dive/First Responder®
Dive/First Responder® was first developed by Dr. Richard Clinchy as a diving emergency medical care course for the US National Park Service in the US Virgin Islands in the 1980’s. Since then the course has been modified to make it a one weekend course suitable for teaching in the recreational SCUBA environment. The first edition of Dive First Responder® was published in 1995 and is still available from ESF8-CON. During the later part of 2007, the second edition of Dive First Responder® will be completed and the International Association of Dive First Responders LLC, will be releasing the Dive/First Responder® training program for SCUBA professionals.

DIVE First Responder Coil IV®
Coil IV® from RGI Medical is a unique IV administration set that does away with excess dangling IV lines during patient management transport. In the United States, Coil IV® is available directly from ESF8-CON and ESF8-CON manages all international distribution of the Coil IV®. Coil IV is available in a Macrodrip (10 gtts per ml) or Microdrip (60 gtts per ml) configuration.
